EXPO weekend

you are not going to get a picture of me today. you are so lucky! i went to the cardiologist yesterday and i am retaining a few pounds of water. so weight doesn't count this week. instead i have posted some pictures of my very bestest girl friend, sally and her aunt anita and her mom, karma, and her newest daughter, kari. kari is her sons andrew's wife. actually they are my friends too. i love them all. we went to the scrapbook expo this past weekend. we have been looking forward to this for months. it was so fun. we scrap, we visit, we eat, we giggle, and love each others company. that is how i ended up with ankles as big as an elephants. when i sit for that long i build up water in my ankles and legs. it was a really fun weekend. yes, i did accomplish doing 13 pages. not a record, but probably a record for me at the expo. we seem to be able to do more pages when we go and stay at wolf creek for a couple of days. well, i guess that is that. i am off to exercise.
