brian and mandi and the kids spent the weekend up the canyon camping. mandi brought the girls down last night so they could go to school today. brian and sam spent the night in the tent trailer. mandi called and asked if i wanted to go up with her and the girls for dinner. i told her i had things i better do so i had better stay home. a few minutes later kristin called and said, "please grammy come with us." how do you refuse that? so i went. i am so glad i did. totally enjoyed spending time with the my grandkids and the older kids. we had dinner, we made smores. brian decided to come home tonight so brian and mandi packed up and i talked to the kids while roasting marshmallows.
this is what makes life worth it all.
